A rural setting, but not far from town

Where we are

Velo Bed and Breakfast sits on lovely wooded acreage two miles southwest of Eugene, Oregon. It’s an ideal spot for cyclists; the riding nearby is superb.

Eugene is a lively, unique and friendly city of about 150,000 people. It is home to the University of Oregon, and it has a rich arts culture, excellent food and a booming craft beer scene, including Ninkasi Brewing. Velo is 7 miles from the U of O.

The countryside surrounding Velo Bed and Breakfast is prime Oregon wine country, with exceptional Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. We are within 15 miles of 11 fantastic South Willamette Valley wineries, including King Estate.

Velo is about 100 miles south of Portland and situated about midway between the beautiful, rugged Oregon Coast (about 60 miles to the west) and the crest of the Cascade Range (a similar distance to the east).
